  • I really enjoyed it. Went at was is usually a slow time, but it was still busy. I really enjoyed the gyoza which were steamed and pan fried on one side. So it had the perfect amount of crisp. The ramen was really good. The broth and noodles were awesome. I've had better pork in at other ramen places. This was more like a roasted pork belly (like a pot roast) and the texture was a little different because of that. Still really good. Great balance of fat and meat on each slice. Price point was good. I've had better tasting ramen with more depth in flavor of the broth and more flavor in the pork, but this was still really good. Also the Melon creamy soda was super delicious.
