I've noticed a nice turnaround from years past of empty isles and high prices. Definitely more competitive than Whole Foods and on par with Harris Teeter, if not cheaper when you catch the sales. They have a lot of hard to find teas and coffee options. The health and wellness section is also great. They have more Homeopathy, Bach Flowers and medicine than Whole Foods. I feel like this is more 'granola' and down to earth than the Whole Foods chains which are barely 'health' food stores. I prefer coming to Earth Fare whenever possible, if they only carried Atlanta Fresh brand dairy I wouldn't have to shop at other stores.
