  • DO NOT. I REPEAT DOOOOOO NOOOOOT USE THIS COMPANY. The lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and lack of kindness is beyond this roof. The front desk people need to be fired, they are rude, lack communication skills, and never return calls. If you want to work with a company that never show up on time, a company that you have to call and check on your status, with techs that show no urgency for your problems, go ahead and use them. Otherwise, stay far, far away. I don't understand how this company is still opened. Oh, and yes, they do not have 24/7 service, all thought they promote that everywhere on their trucks. DON'T BE FOOLED. AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. PLEASSSSE!!!
