This is the third hotel I've stayed at in Vegas and was certainly my favourite out of the three.
It was myself and my best friend in one room and her parents and sister in another and it worked out great. We upgraded for a small fee to the deluxe type rooms and had a fantastic view of the Bellagio fountains and the pool area at PH. Our room was huge and had a jet tub, double sinks and a nice shower. It was the largest hotel bathroom I've ever been inside!
The staff were good but we seemed to have very little interaction with too many staff members.
One incident that prevented me from giving this resort five stars was that there elevators were on the fritz one evening and no one could even find the stairs from the casino level to their rooms so some of us waited forever. I just went back to the slots and wasted hundreds and hundreds more (pennies).
The restaurants at the resort were pretty good but the shopping mall on the main level was extremely handy.
This place doesn't look like much from the strip because the casino and pool sort of prevent any sort of stunning entrance like the neighbours across the street or down the street but inside PH is quite nice.
The best part is that the place was catered for my age group and there were very few kids or tour groups.
