  • I wish I could give this place zero stars! My son is three years old and has never seen the dentist before. I brought him here to get a cleaning, X-rays, and a check up. When the doctor came in the room, he said that my son has 8 cavities and needs a tooth extraction. I was dumb founded. They quickly scheduled the fillings and extraction at a surgery center and gave us a packet of information. I could not believe that he had to get so much work done on his baby teeth. I made a second opinion appointment with another dentist. Since my insurance would not cover another set of X-rays, we asked Galleria Pediatric Dentistry to email them to us. They would not open when they emailed them to us so we asked them to fax it. They said that they couldn't so they had me waste time to go pick up a piece of paper that could have easily been faxed. The new dentist looked at the X-rays preformed from Galleria Pediatric Dentistry and said that my son definitely did not need all that work done on him. If I would have gone through with the surgery my son would never trust dentist again. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR BABIES!
