Wish I could give them NO star.
Bought a wagjag voucher, couldn't get through them on the phone to book an appointment. You have to leave a message and they call you back and god forbid if you miss that call. You try the whole cycle again!
One hr massage was cut short to 40 minutes. Massage was done in a room next to construction. I had to listen to music on my ipod to cancel the hammering noise next door. The room my dark and cold and the therapist was cold and unfriendly. She didn't ask me how I was doing or if I wanted some water (often offered after a session). She just disappeared which obviously meant no tip for her.
And yeah she did say that if the noise bothers you then you can rebook! what the heck..i drove 30 kms for this appt and then I rebook?..why couldn't they tell me over the phone that construction was going on and it was not wise to book now..but hey no one picks up the phone so ..what can u do..
The lady who did my pedicure was not bad. she did a decent job although chipped some skin on my small toe and it hurt like bananas..
The front desk was happy I didn't ask for my manicure as they thought I didn't know if manicure was included..they tried to avoid me thinking I probably forgot or didn't know ..I didn't ask for one..(since I would rather get it somewhere else where I will be treated better)..
