The staff member who helped my family was very nice and friendly, I have seen her at the Chandler and Gilbert locations and she always has a smile on her face and an a willingness to listen and try to make things better. She was in the back where TMS department is and now I see her helping out everywhere. Bringing her into more areas to help out is probably the best thing this company has done in a long time. My family felt like someone was listening and my son had fun interacting with her when she was measuring him before his appointment. He is shy and she was able to make him comfortable.
Other employees were happy when she was interacting with them and they also wanted to help, this is a refreshing change, they seemed to respect her. During our wait on the back couch in the Gilbert office a worker came in complaining about everyone and calling a doctor a "Freeking Princess" saying he can't wait until the doctor "is gone". My wife was disgusted with his behavior we knew he must have been a boss with the way he was acting, then he said the cameras that watched the employees on TMS side of the office were going to get everyone fired and he would be the only one there in the end. When we rescheduled our appointment we asked who he was and were told he was the social worker for the office. I would not want him to see my son, and I would never want to work with him.
The offices that my son have been seen in seem busy but most of the people make the best of it, but if there are cameras watching all the employees, I feel sad for the workers, and I was reminded of an episode of bar rescue. http://www.paramountnetwork.com/episodes/20im9a/bar-rescue-big-sister-s-watching-season-4-ep-36
Maybe the social worker should take a lesson from the old TMS girl. If they really are recording they could take a lesson from her and this show
