  • Bumblebee answered their phone right away, got me scheduled and arrived promptly during promised time - also gave me a half hour heads up when they will be arriving. I inquired a couple other plumbing companies and they wanted me to figure out the name of the brand of my shower before they came out (wth?) Jim was able to find out the brand and fixed my shower promptly - I finally have hot water!
