About a month ago I finally managed to convince Hubby to go for a contact fitting. I/We were a bit nervous has he has issues with things coming close to his eye, (putting eye drops in is a bit of a challenge) but we have a few events to go to and I really wanted him to have the option of having contacts.
We were greeted by such friendly staff! We went in with our 4 kids - One of them is 14 months old and very active. As Hubby was waiting for his appointment, The older teen boys stayed with Hubby while I ran around and chased our little toddler around. I got a text from Hubby while I was several stores away saying that he was in the room for his fitting/and instructional. I told him to start without me as I was struggling with capturing our toddler. Several minutes later, I made it back and saw that they were waiting for me! I felt terrible that they had waited but the optometrist made me feel comfortable and assured me that they had wanted me there to support my Hubby. Surprisingly, Hubby was VERY comfortable and SUCCESSFULLY managed to put the contacts in and removing them. We were both pleasantly surprised!
The entire staff were very friendly and they even approached us to make sure that we were taken care of and that we weren't waiting long. They were very welcoming and really help reassure us that they were there to help. So attentive.
Hubby and I had such a positive experience from everyone, their pricing, their fitting, products, knowledgeable staff, attentive, etc. They have definitely gained loyal customers because of their superior services.
