rev:text	The gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and helpful despite clearly having his hands full. I had reserved my part online, which gave me a 10% discount. This is a great feature if you're ordering something not out on the floor, and the discount was a nice bonus. Napa is always good to me, no complaints at this store.
