  • The manager just tried to charge me a dollar for exchanging expired hair colour that I thought was no good, but he convinced me it would be fine. When I opened the bottle at home the product was black as suspected. So I called before going in to exchange it, he argued with me awhile then relented. Then when I went in he said "I'm got g to have to charge you a couple dollars for this." I said "you're kidding right? After you guaranteed me the last one was fine and I had to come in twice?" I will never go here again. Go see Sonny at William's (where Dundas & Roncee split). He'll treat you like a human being and not money on legs.
