  • Would give 0 stars if I could. Had such a bad customer service experience with this company. My car inspector that I got a confirmation email for never showed up or informed me that he wasn't coming. When I called the company nobody could give me any information regarding my appointment. Was told several times somebody would call me back to get more rescheduled, nobody ever did. Then I get a call yesterday asking to schedule my appointment for a replacement - without anybody ever coming to look it at! No! Would not recommend this company.
