  • Everyone that works here is lovely. I had an IPL laser session and microneedling. I saw more results with the IPL but both were done pain free with a slight touch of heat. I had a numbing cream put on first which worked great. Everything having to do with this side of my treatment was very good. My problem is that the esthetician who performed this dermaplaned my chin and cheeks. She was super sweet and I feel bad writing this but this is what happened. The problem is it has now left facial hair where I didn't have any before and it's growing in a little stubbly on my cheeks. I called to ask if this would go away and was told it was a myth and yes it would get softer. Meanwhile, it hasn't gone away or gotten softer. The hair is blonde but a bit too rough feeling and now I'm left with a problem I never even had before I went in. I'm looking into facial cream depilatories to get rid of it until I can go back for a full laser hair removal. Just a warning to those who have hormonal hair growth, do NOT let them dermaplane your face! I would still go back to them for laser and dermasweeps just wouldn't have the dermaplaning done.
