  • I called yesterday to schedule an appointment to have a my remote start removed from another company that was installed over 6yrs ago. CJ the person I spoke with understood the situation and we scheduled a 4pm appointment. I arrived a few minutes early only to find the doors are locked on a offsite install. I received no type of communication for a reschedule and then told completely the opposite info to help me once they didn't want to do the work. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND UNPROFESSIONALISM!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
