  • Extremely over priced and if you let them they will try to take advantage of you. My girlfriend recently took her car in for an inspection and was told she wouldn't pass without a cabin air filter and wipers. Both of these were less than a month old. In fact the cabin filter had been replaced by them. They haven't tried to do something like this to me, so it's probably just that they felt like they could take advantage of her. I will not go back here. There are too many honest local mechanics in Charlotte to support a dishonest franchisee.
