Had a great experience working with Jenna and the rest of the staff. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and one happened to show up on Airpark Motorcars website through Cars.com.
Since I'm in Tucson and had a long drive ahead of me Jenna was great about promptly sending photos and answering my questions prior to the trip up to Scottsdale. The test drive process and purchase transaction was laid back, friendly and fast. No hassles, no haggling, and they went out of their way to make sure the car looked great for me upon pickup.
There was a hiccup with the MIL (engine warning light) coming on within a few days of purchase. It was an emissions issue that didn't affect the drive ability of the vehicle and seemed related to a problem they had just repaired prior to putting the vehicle up for sale, so the shop that had done the work for them was able to resolve it in one day at no cost to me. It was a slight inconvenience to have to go back to Tucson without my car that night, but Airpark did the right thing and provided me a loaner in the meantime. The mechanics they worked with at Rayco were very knowledgeable and friendly as well.
All in all I'd highly recommend Airpark Motorcars, especially if you find value in giving your money to a locally-owned small business.
