  • WORST experience ever and never even made into the office. I read really bad reviews but decided to give them a chance since the office was so close to where I live. I had a new patient appointment scheduled and called to re schedule the time to either earlier in the day or for the following week, I was very clear in saying that I was not canceling just rescheduling and I was told that I was going to be CHARGED a $25.00 fee for rescheduling!!!! I was absolutely appalled being that I wasn't even a patient there yet. Last time I ever go somewhere just because it's close.
