  • Very nice decor and items in this place but sadly the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Let me explain why 1) my hubby and I ordered a large 6 foot bean bag lounger for around 700$ with tax on dec 22,2017 - that day my husband was told it would be in, in about 1 week because of the busy holiday. Totally understandable. 2) 1 week later we get a phone call from One of the employees calling us about the bag. - when we arrive for the 2nd time, what he failed to mention on the phone call was that our bag wasn't in, nor did they have or order the color (black) that we originally decided on - the OWNER Mike, told me that he had ordered it, but someone must have sold it - he ordered it again. 3) 1 week later, I call again, a different employee tells me he cant find my order and that someone must have sold it and that he cant tell if someone even ordered it 4) We arrive the second week of January, go to the store to check on this. The owner and an employee get into a yelling match where the owner yells " YOU ARE INCOMPETENT and this isn't the first order you screwed up" to the other employee. The other employee storms off and tells the owner that he shouldn't be spoken to like that (esp in front of employees)- my husband and I are very upset at this point because it has been over 3 weeks and we still don't have our bean bag. He offers us 100$ cash back to keep the bag and say it will be delivered to our house free of charge 5) We got our bean bag the next day (THANK GOD) but not in the color we have been trying to get for weeks! The owner told me he would order the black cover 6) It had been 5 weeks so I decide to text the owner and call him. He BLOWS UP ON ME after I tell him this is the worst customer service I have ever had. Especially for an item that is over 500$! (SEE ATTACHED SCREENSHOT OF TEXT MESSAGE)- where he tells me not to come by (he spells it but) anymore and said I am the worst customer. He told me he was done helping me after multiple attempts to get us what we paid for. He told me he didn't need to drop off the item to my house and he didn't even need to give me a "loaner" cover in the color I didn't want. He got so upset with me he hung up. TO THIS DAY, I STILL HAVE THIS BEAN BAG WE DIDNT ORDER in a COLOR I DIDNT WANT.k
