Myself, and my Son bought a car from Equity auto about three weeks apart from each other. The sales people are all very nice, the cars they sale are all used rental cars which is why they are the cheapest deals in town so that was ok, and they where upfront about that. Both of us are happy with the cars we bought. The big problem came with our cars we traded in. They gave as a fair blue book deal but two months later they have still not paid of either of our trade-ins. When you call either no one answers, if they answer they all play like they don't understand and they will have someone call you back but they never do. I drive back down there and to my face I was told the check would be cut that week, but that was more than a week ago and still no payoff. I have had my new care a little more than two months and I'm still paying on the one I traded in. I'm going to report it stolen next and get the police involved. My suggestion to everyone out there is to stay clear of Equity Auto
