  • I went Michael's to have 2 pictures framed. There was a 50% off sale on frames. I picked frames from the displays and had them framed. I got 2 receipts. One was computer generated and one was from the cash register. To my dismay the amounts did not match. The explanation I received was not altogether satisfactory although I got a $5 credit. Be careful to go over the record carefully. They did do a great job with my pictures. The staff doesn't understand what is going on with the screwy receipts either.
