  • OK, I'm going to admit it I stayed here 1 night a couple weeks ago. This hotel is not as bad as some reviewers have made it out to be. There is no way I would bring my wife with me but, by myself or with my brother, I'm there. The room I had was remodeled, 2 queen beds, lots of room, shower pressure was good. 14th Floor, good view of the railroad tracks and parking lot. The dice game was happening and the cocktail waitress, once she knows that you'll be tipping her every-time she drops off a drink, she be back regularly. In fact, I didn't even have to order, she would just show up with my drink and I'd give her a buck. Yeah, it's next to the bus station, so that's cheezy but I only paid $33.00 for one night tax included. More money to gamble, I was in the room for like 4 hours. Checkout is 11am. Tip: Book on the hotel website, all these other travel websites are starting to charge extra to make some dough for hotel reservations. They hide it in taxes and other fees. It's a cheap clean place to stay, convenient to downtown, it was aight.
