  • I went to this salon (midtown location) for a conditioning treatment, cut and style. The conditioning treatment was nice but my hair looked the same after I left even though I brought in a picture that showed a different look/style and was told it was doable. After letting the salon know that I was disappointed, I was told that they would be glad to have me come back in so that they could "fix" my hair free of charge which would have been nice if I'd been able to schedule another appointment. I have not heard back after providing days/times I could come back in. It has been over a month now. Ridiculous!
