  • Let me start by saying the employees get commission off of their sales so it is literally their job to sell you add ons. But the actual customer service is amazing I am from Ca and my family never goes to our sprint store bc they are so rude and always mess up and end up charging us way to much for something. I went in and was so impressed they are beyond helpful and want to get you in and out!
