They are absolutely the worst... But - that's probably standard in dealing with any landlord / property management company. Every issue I have takes at least 3 e-mails / phone calls to be looked after. It is just such a headache to deal with them - so much lost time. Often the solutions they do come up with are the cheapest ones and end up costing everyone more time and money in the long run. I love our apartment - but come on step it up - at the end of the day this company is all about profits and customer satisfaction plays no part in their business model. They probably have better relationships with their property owners pinching every last dollar out of that relationship.
AT ALL COSTS AVOID RENTING FROM A PLACE THAT IS MANAGED BY THEM - I think the only positive thing about this company is that they accept money via bank transfer so that's a plus - (wish there was a zero star rating)
Also - the positive reviews are clearly all fake...
