  • Trade source was once a great trade group but over the last few years they have struggled to maintain staff and clients. Since the beginning of their decline the customer service has suffered too. The biggest complaint the members have is that you can never find what you need so you end up earning a lot of barter dollars but have a very hard time spending it on anything worthwhile. 90% of the members inflate their prices or try to charge 50% in cash fees which negates the entire point of barter. A lot of my trade customers were telling me about a much larger and better quality barter group called Value Card alliance. Turns out Tradesource lost most of their business to this group and for good reason. If you're interested in growing your business via barter buyer beware of this organization, check out other reviews and review their policies in detail before getting involved.
