  • Great experience! It seems like a lot of the low ratings in the past mention no seating? Well they have places to sit now, so... that's covered. lol. But aside from that, the sales person Eric didn't push me to buy anything I didn't want. He laid out the options, pros and cons of the different phones. He did recommend a phone, but didn't give me any grief when I picked a different one... or when I brought it back to exchange because I didn't like the one I had picked and his original recommendation was spot on. All in all, I upgraded two phones and exchanged one. Both visits were easy, no surprises, no hassle. Yes, there was a wait, but that's to be expected when I kept going in the last hour before closing. Not to mention, this isn't picking out produce. Changing devices, plans, etc is a time consuming process, so I didn't go expecting to get in and get out. Overall, couldn't be happier.
