  • I've been dealing with solar city for a very long time now tyring to get my panels installed, meters plugged in, etc.and in a sense my electric bill has declined by 2/3's what I use to pay over the summer. But the big deal is I got my first SC bill and it's 2X my electric bill. I don't understand it when my panels are generating free power SC is charging me twice what NV Energy is for electricity, even when SC took my tax rebate (nearly $14K). And they're charging me another $7.50 a month for not allowing them access to my bank accounts which I would never do for any company. I pay my own bills and have excellent credit and will not allow my funds to be expunged by this crappy company. I got my panels installed through a third party called "EVOLVE" who has since disappeared so now I actually have no representative with SC, even the Hawaiian girl "Michele" turned and ran. No contact, no way to get my gripes corrected nor problems looked at, what a dumpy company. Don't do business with this company at all, not trust worthy, unreliable, and will feed you a lot of false information.
