  • UPDATE - DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST How do you convert five stars into just one? Ask the billing department at Emmert Dentistry. Because of them, I take back everything I said in July. The dentist was great, but the back office is so bad that I will never go there again. I paid my share up front, but Emmert billed the wrong insurance (in spite of clear directions from me) and repeatedly harassed me for more money even after I got directly involved with the right insurance company and got them paid. The latest indignity is that they want me to pay $15 for a copy of my x-rays so I can go see someone new. Note to the dentist: I paid for those x-rays. Those x-rays belong to me. You can pay to have a copy made for yourself if you want, but you cannot keep the originals
