Holy spring rolls! Even as time was running out and I was leaving the US for good, I had to make one last stop at this place. It was almost like "what do you want as your last meal?" sort of thing. The garlic noodles were fantastic, although not what I expected. It definitely had garlic, but it was more on the sweeter side of things, in my taste. Maybe that's the real Vietnamese garlic noodles? I don't know. I'm only Filipino, not Vietnamese. Their edamame was really good and spicy, lots of bite, and its leftover sauce was perfect on top of my rice. And what sealed the deal for the 5th star? It would have to be the pork crispy spring rolls. I can't have enough of that addictive sauce. Whoever sold their soul for this recipe, really should go to heaven.
