  • I'm gonna try another ford store next time, I know that my so called bumper to bumper left almost 500.00$ not covered and that's not fords problem, but when I complained to ford that the warranty company didn't even cover freight cost of almost 200.00..Jarrad said sure he could have ford send them for free but that would have taken five more days and he didn't want me to wait!!! OMG Jarrad that is my choice to make not yours, you never gave me the choice and I don't have a job right now but I did have a spare car to save 200.00.Shame on you ..the longer I think of this the madder I'm getting..That is taking advantage of the customer jarred..shame on you
