  • I have a roommate with a large dog and this dog SHEDS like none other. I try to keep my small home cleaned but the hair is very noticeable. I had my mom and brother coming to visit and I needed to have the house cleaned. Called and got an answering machine and left a message. My phone call wasn't being returned. I was desperate and really needed someone to call me back so I tried one more time and the owner answered. She was pleasant to speak with and with the time constraints that I had she worked with me. The cleaning crew was a half hour late and I didn't hear from them. I called the office and was told that they were running behind schedule due to one of the workers car breaking down and that they would be there in an hour. In total the crew was late by two hours. I wouldn't have mind so much had they called me and let me know what was going on. The cleaning crew finally showed up and did an amazing job. They were friendly and understood what I needed done. I would use them again and recommend however I would insist that I be notified if they are running late.
