  • I normally go to the U Swirl on Buffalo. Been here before and wasn't impressed, but decided to try it again because it was closer to my house. #BADIDEA. First of all, when I asked for a couple of little cups, the worker put on gloves and came and pored it for me. All I could do was laugh because in my head I thought to myself "Damn, I AM a big girl. I can do it myself." The worker had explained that those were the rules from the manager am he was just following them. But he said it in a semi rude way. When I finally went to add my toppings, there was green leafs in the strawberries like someone had rushed to get them chopped and threw them in the bowl. While I was paying the worker kinda changed his tone (which was good), but it was too late, he had already made his impression. And as they say "A first impression is everything" #WONTBERETURNING
