I rarely leave reviews but Verizon earned this one.
I ordered a phone online on Black Friday, got a confirmation in the email. I was instructed to wait for another email notifying me to pick the phone up at this location. Called the store after 5 days of waiting and was told no order exists. Spent over 2 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service, got transferred over a dozen times, they finally figured out that my order was cancelled because I didn't pick the phone up in the first 3 days... this is laughable because I was never notified that the order was ready for pick up. I tried to duplicate the order but was told it would cost me an additional $40/mo...???
All the reps I talked to sound like preprogrammed robots and have no desire to help or solve a problem. I am kind of glad my order got cancelled because switching to Verizon should not include being part of a soap opera.
