The Art Shoppe has always been an interesting furniture store to wander through. We go there for ideas now and then. The store is huge and they do a great job of showing off the furniture. However the pricing is geared toward uber rich folk. While we can afford a few items I really wouldn't give them my business. First off, the pricing. Second is the capital "S" snottiness that their staff exudes. I've been there half a dozen times over two years and barely get a "hello" or "welcome". I swear, if you haven't pulled into their lot driving a Porsche or Mercedes and don't dress in slacks and tweed jackets you're pretty much invisible. And I'd bet their staff can't afford to shop there. I was there over the weekend and had walked by at least six sales staff. One of which I said hello to and did not get a response. Not to worry, they're not going to last any much longer. Especially with that zoning notice sign by their parking lot. Future condo site for sure.
