  • My battery died at work and of course it was a Friday afternoon. I thought it would be a big hassle to get my vehicle towed, serviced and back to me by Monday (at least). Not only was my battery under the warranty (due to the service center doing quick research) my vehicle was ready the next morning at 11am. Eric (in service) was amazing and made my experience quick and painless. I appreciate all the hard and efficient work of those behind the scenes making magic happen. You guys ROCK! My experiences with Chapman Chevy keep getting better despite a rocky start back in 2014.
