I think this place is good. I also think I don't like Filipino food. I'm a pescatarian so I ordered milk fish. This is the only place I've ever had milk fish. Not my jam. But the owner stopped and talked with us for a while which was also cool because they were technically closed. I guess they're trying to close on Wednesdays but don't want to turn people away.
My meal came with garlic rice and an egg cooked perfectly to over medium - no place ever gets that right. Anyway, my colleague and I were the only white people in the restaurant so I also felt like that was a good sign.
