  • This is the worst company on Earth. If cancer was a company, this would be it. After the past 4 years of paying for Amazon Prime and never ever getting my packages the same day as promised because of OnTrac, I am finally done. From saying the packages are delivered when they are not, to delivering them a town over to not even bothering to deliver anything, their customer service is nonexistent so don't bother. I called Amazon 5 times in the past 4 months to have them not use OnTrac, today I was finally told that it was all a lie, they can't/won't remove them as a courier and it is OnTrac or nothing. No more Amazon Prime as of today and if any company ever ships with OnTrac, the delivery will be refused and returned.
