  • They are fighting hard for me to get the Hearing Aids that Health Choice owes me, Health Choice has approved the purchase FOUR times only to say they did not when contacted. Mel has really showing me how much she is willing to go after them. Mel is one of true heros and one of the few that truly care about their customer. You cannot go wrong when ENT takes care of you. I hope Dr Mendelson and Mel's husband, both can see how good she is.
