  • Last night I got home at about 3 a.m. and there were approximately 8 rats crawling all over the building. I watched one to crawl down the side of the building and go into my patio area. I ran into the house and turned on the light and I saw rats running through my patio. Rats have infiltrated all of my belongings on the porch and chewed everything up. The infestation might be on the roof because of the amount of rats that are crawling all over the building. One of the reasons is because of the dumpster area. People just throw their garbage on the ground near the dumpster they don't actually put it inside the dumpster, in fact, I broke my arm in the dumpster area the day I moved in and had to have my elbow replaced. I sued the property owner and won a substantial amount of money. I'm going to use the money to move out of this hell-hole. I have watched this building be destroyed within the first two years that it's been open it's not going to get any better. Anyway, this is the filthiest rat infested property in Henderson. They keep taking down my posts but I'm just going to keep putting them back up everyday. Tonight I'm going to go out and videotape the rats on the building and I'll post them. Anyway if you like filthy rat infested apartments Boulder Pointe apartment is the apartment for you. This is way too much hate for one day. True story. PEACE
