| - Be aware of this place! This was a nightmare experience! From the start to end. Specially the finance part, Sam gave me the contract, put so much pressure on selling other products. I was so annoyed and tired with the whole process. I should have been extra careful during this process but I just wanted to leave. He didn't explained my trade-in so I got about 2k less from what I should have gotten but once you signed, all they tell you is "done deal" basically you're done. Go to hell! I don't recommend this place to anyone. My trade-in was from that same place but used to be Fletcher Jones, which I found out that was David Wilson that same day, I did my deal. Fletcher Jones was so much better and even the workers had good customer skills.I filled a complaint with the survey they send you but for nothing because they don't do anything about it and also with BBB, still waiting. Make sure to read everything before you sign that contract!!!
This is an update to my previous review. After filing the complaint with BBB on a Saturday, that same Monday I received a call from the General Manager Scott. We set up an appointment on Saturday and he explained to me the whole process on my trade-in, which was my first time doing this, I found out that the sales man was supposed to informed me on how much I was getting for my trade-in and he didn't cuz he was covering the paper during the deal, I was expecting someone to tell me. So when you go to the finance part, you already have agreed on the deal and you are ready to sign the contract. To make the story short. The three starts are for the General Manager Scott for valuing me as a customer, he is very professional and excellent customer service. The same to the service manager Mike. Still, I recommend to be careful with the sales person, Alex Sr. In my case, he used really bad tactics with me. Always ask questions and don't sign until you're completely sure of what you're doing. Will saved you a lot of headaches!
