  • Wanted to leave a review after our experience with their sales department the other day. My boyfriend and I stopped in to pick up a membership, but my bf works near the downtown phoenix location, which has been designated platinum. Our plan was to pick up one of the platinum + memberships so that we could both use the membership because of the guest privileges. They were pretty straightforward with us, and told us that the Gold plus membership (which was a dollar cheaper) would only have the guest privileges work at their club. But platinum plus had guest privileges at every club. I appreciate that they put honesty as their first priority rather than just doing whatever was necessary to make the sale. We got our membership through the downtown location but, because this is the closest to our house, will be looking forward to working out here as well! The reason for the loss of one star is because it would have been really nice if they could have signed us up for a different location and saved us that specific trip downtown. Otherwise, not a bad experience at all.
