| - We are Starwood Preferred members, and we were expecting certain amenities that we got used to in Michigan's Sheraton, such as breakfast & lunch & WiFi Internet for $15/room etc. That option wasn't available. Instead, the breakfast was $17/person, which is way too expensive. It's 2012, and the Internet is still free only in the lobby, even for Starwood members, while it costs least $12/night in the room. We didn't get complimentary bath robes, either. Even the coffee maker was hidden away in a drawer under the TV stand: something we found out only after checking out. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby, either. I could never figure out how to switch the TV to one of the free channels. Even though we didn't get charged parking for the one night we stayed there, I think it's normally $12/night extra.
So, overall, I wouldn't return to this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to others.
