Went here for a car wash in early March. Specifically told the attendant that i only needed one car wash and when i was asked for my email address, assumed it was for the receipt (1st mistake). Go through the carwash and there's not anyone drying the cars (2nd mistake) so i pull to the vacuums and notice my entire car is covered in green slime. Go inside, no manager due to it being an Express location. Line at this point is wrapped around the building, so late for an appt, i leave and hit another car wash along the way.
Get home, open my email and I've been enrolled in an unlimited plan. Fantastic. Start pounding the phones and it takes 3days for a manager to call me back. Get the blanket apology, am told i can cancel online and tell them again- i never signed up, i shouldn't have to cancel, but don't worry- the manager will cancel for me.
Today, open my bank account, and have been charged for services. Again. And yes- I am looking at the cancellation email.
This place is crap and now I'm sure I'll have 3 more phone calls to be promised it's corrected, I'm now out more money to fix THEIR mistake and beyond annoyed.
