Baytowne is all about the revenue, but you do get a lot of bang for the buck. They do try to upsell you on services here, and their prices seem high to me. Make sure they tell you at the desk before you go back how much you are going to pay yourself and how much your insurance will pick up. This is NOT the place to go if you do not have insurance.
The dental experience at Baytowne is a good one. The hygienists I've met are all very friendly and good at their job. Dr. Hick is also very friendly as well. She has small hands, which is a big improvement over the former linebacker that used to work on my teeth. The best thing in my book, however, is that they have LCD TV's in the rooms that they position on a swivel arm right in front of your face so you can watch whatever channel of Comcast Cable while they are working on you. This is much better than what I was used to, which was a clock radio in the corner, tuned to the reactionary pundits of hate radio that you could not even hear when the drill went on.
