  • All you need to know is the hype is REAL people and worth every bbq stain! I grew up in Texas and know how to smoke real brisket, this place brings all the flavors & delectable variety of bbq meat to the Phx Valley without having to slave your day away!!! Pro Yelp Tips: * Show up between 1pm -3pm to avoid the lunch crowd M-F (usually they will have a second batch) * Cannot go wrong with the ribs + brisket + beans or Mac * Stay away from this place on the weekends it's impossible to get anything after 1pm. * Early birds get the RIBS!
