  • am a Realtor for California and Nevada!Recently I had transaction in which National Title was Escrow and Title. I do not usually post reviews but here is one and unfortunately bad one ! Absolutely disappointed from National Title . I have worked with many escrows in California and Nevada.Never seen such a sloppy closing !! I am absolutely speechless. Multiple mistakes and so many excuses. They prepared a payoff for different lender and much higher amount and wanted the seller to sign. !!! Really? I would highly recommend NOT TO USE this company .If You want to have a piece of mind after a real estate transaction use different escrow and Title company!
