  • Great hotel and the rooms are amazing just make sure not to get stuck on anything below 10th floor on inner part of hotel. Downsides were that our room was louder then any hotel room we've ever stayed at and it was super bright outside our window even with the curtains closed. There were AC units outside our windows that hummed at all times of day as well as huge flood lights pointing up on the building at night. Now inside the room there was a clicking or rattling allllllll night long associated with neighbors AC. Room service agents should have done a better job at cleaning, found someone old eyelashes sticking to the room service book.
