  • I booked a hotel room from them online through a different website. When we went to the registration counter the man was super friendly and let us know about the anime convention and some good shows. Once we got to our hotel room (which took forever because we kept getting lost!). I saw how dark the room was I should've guessed the hard rock hotel (duh). But it was really nice. They had beautiful decor and it was clean. Only thing was that they only had a stand in shower and no tub. Also housekeeping didn't come after we spoke to someone so they didn't charge us the resort fee since that happened (they said they would arrive in 15-20 mins and they never came).
