  • This is my first time reviewing an airport and I have to tell you it's not easy because there are so many factors that go into consideration. I've been flying in and out of Phoenix for about 10 years now both domestically and internationally. My experiences have always been very good. As most of you know, the weather in AZ is always ideal for flying so I've never encountered severe delays or random flight cancellations. Terminal 4 is by far the best. American Airlines and Southwest Airlines are both here and my experience with both are phenomenal. I also have access to the Club, which offers snacks, drinks and a beautiful view of the tarmac. The food options are amazing too. From McDonald's to nice restaurants, you can find pretty much anything here! Terminal 2 is small (where United/Continental) is. There isn't much there other than the check in counters, gates and baggage claim. A little snack shop but thats' it. Not a terminal you want to spend your time at. I've never used Terminal 3 so I can't give a rating there. Overall, great airport, great staff and very efficient operations. Keep up the good work Sky Harbor!
