This is a very nice hotel and it was pretty cool looking out my bedroom window at the CN Tower right there but there were a few things that keep me from giving it 4 stars so maybe 3.5 would have been more suitable.
It still bugs me that internet isn't just part of room charges at hotels - especially as the Intercontinental in Montreal didn't charge for wi-fi.
Our group got there early and left our bags with the desk as we had to head off to an event. When we came back one of our group's luggage wasn't to be found. Matt was the manager on duty and he was very helpful and took all the information. It wasn't too much later (but we'd had to go to another event) that he called to say the bag had been located. Phewf!
We had a snack later in the lounge. The Caesar salad was kind of bland for $13. It did have whole anchovies which might not appeal to some people but I didn't mind. The service was ok.
